We are advocates

A key aim of Health Talks Community Training CIC is to advocate for local services and build positive, trusting relationships within hard-to-reach and marginalised demographics. Many individuals in these communities face significant barriers to accessing support and education—whether due to digital exclusion, low literacy levels, language barriers, or a lack of trust in formal institutions.
Marginalised communities are often excluded from these opportunities due to limited access to technology, low digital literacy, and the absence of culturally appropriate content or support. Our in-person, peer-led model is specifically designed to overcome these challenges by providing training in familiar, community-based settings with trusted facilitators.

Rebecca Moles Outreach Officer
Rebecca Moles Outreach Officer

I am a Social Media and Marketing Manager based in Essex. At college I studied Health and Social Care, this supported me in a variety of roles within the NHS including Secretarial, Administrative and Reception work for over 5 years.
Over the last few years I have changed career path and focused on studying Marketing. Everything I know is completely self-taught, through online courses and self study, for over 3 years. My interest in community health and wellbeing has helped me support community projects, as well as local music and arts festival Winterfest, with their social media management. I've assisted small local businesses with their digital marketing and used my own channels to particularly promote Mental Health.
I am delighted to have been asked to help with Health Talks CIC and I look forward to promoting inclusion, empowerment, and long-term impact across a variety of communities.
